Speaking from personal experience there is nothing more relaxing and tempting than skinny dipping in a lavender bath or call it a beauty bath. Lavender is known for its powerful aroma that offers both emotional and physical relief. Lavender bath completely relaxes your body and makes you feel light. The effect it shows on the skin will never make you quit using it.
Bath bombs add a tint and a lot of foam to your bath water and let you experience the joy of luxurious bathing. However, they can be really pricey if you want to treat yourself with them on a regular basis. So, I would suggest you to make DIY bath fizzies.
How to make organic bath bombs.
◊ Lavender essential oil – 2 tbsp.
◊ Epsom salts – 1/2 cup
◊ Baking Soda – 1 cup
◊ Citric acid – 1/2 cup
◊ Cornstarch – 1/2 cup
◊ Food coloring – 3 to 4 drops
◊ Coconut oil – 2 1/2 tbsp.
◊ Lavender Petals
◊ Bath bomb moulds
Step 1. Add baking soda, citric acid, corn starch and Epsom salts in a bowl and mix them thoroughly.
Step 2. In a container mix lavender essential oil, coconut oil and food coloring.
Step 3. Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and again mix them.
Step 4. Use a spray bottle to spritz some water on the mixture and mix them until the mixture is blended completely.
Step 5. Sprinkle some lavender flowers in the mould and then fill it with the blended mixture.
Step 6. Let it set for 2-3 minutes then remove the bath bomb from the mould and leave it for harden.
Now, the bath bombs are ready to use.
